I’m a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker and End-Of-Life Doula. I support adults and first-generation students navigating anxiety, identity development, burnout, grief, and major life transitions.
My work is rooted in trauma-informed care, cultural humility, and the belief that healing happens through authentic connection and emotional safety.
I’m especially passionate about grief work, community healing, and supporting people through periods of transition and transformation.
I identify as a Mexican-America woman, pronouns she/her/hers. My lived experiences include First Generation college student, migration from another country, assimilation, and cultural values centered around Familismo.
